Solar Panel exclusion and clean up: Pigeons love solar panels, they provide harborage and protection from the elements. Pigeon droppings can cause damage by clogging rain gutters and reducing drainage on the roof-top contributing to roof and ceiling damage as well as unsightly staining on roof tiles, paint, stucco and walkways.
Carcass removal/odor control: Animals can die in places in your house that you didn't even know existed. Whether it is under the house, in the attic, in a crawlspace or just in the yard, when something starts to smell, we can determine where the odor is originating, remove the carcass and provide odor control in these hard to access areas.
